Program Objectives

The program aims to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the ethical frameworks that underpin data-driven innovation. Upon completion, participants will be able to:

• Recognize and describe important ethical issues and dilemmas in data-driven work
• Develop and justify responsible action options
• Reflect on policy and technology within their own organization and their role in it

Program Structure

The program consists of online self-study materials, including videos, literature, and processing assignments, supplemented with two interactive sessions. The first part focuses on ethics and methodology, while the second part explores the application of ethics in organizations.
