The Leadership and Innovation Professional Certificate Course is designed to help learners achieve career transformation and innovation in their work. The course aims to equip learners with the critical thinking and tactical behavior required for an MBA, enabling them to create effective dynamic strategies that promote personal and professional development.

Course Structure
The course consists of 6 units (1 core unit and 5 elective units).
Core Unit
High-Performance Leadership (1 unit)
This unit explains how participants can effectively influence others and create an environment that promotes high performance. Through this unit, participants will learn how to accelerate high-performance behavior, better utilize the positive attributes of the work environment, and incorporate performance building into the organization, leading to organizational success.
Elective Units (Choose 5)
Emerging Technologies and Business Innovation (1 unit)
This unit aims to make participants understand how technology drives business innovation. It covers the impact of technology on industries and countries, patterns of technological change, disruptive innovations (what they are and how they affect corporate and industry transformation), and how companies can respond to the impact of disruptive innovations, including the constant change in market competition.
High-Level Financial Management (1 unit)
Exploring the diverse financial challenges faced by today's decision-makers, this course is a comprehensive introduction to accounting and financial analysis. It is designed to provide non-financial professionals with an understanding of the financial consequences of strategic decisions and equip them with the tools to incorporate financial impact into the decision-making process. By learning this course, participants will develop effective communication skills with financial and accounting professionals, ensuring better integration of organizational functions and enhancing the company's overall value.
Design Thinking: Agile Product Development Path (1) (1 unit)
Let participants gain practical experience through the design thinking process: from understanding user experience to defining user needs, generating alternative ideas to building and testing prototypes, and finally coming up with implementable solutions. In these different stages, agile product development will be integrated into the design process to produce quantifiable metrics to guide product market fit.
Design thinking focuses on in-depth research into user experience to identify the right problems to solve, while agile product development methods focus on producing quantifiable measures to help prioritize implementation resources.
Design Thinking: Agile Product Development Path (2) (1 unit)
This unit will explore how to combine design thinking with agile methodologies to maximize the effectiveness of the product development process. Participants will gain practical experience in applying design thinking principles, starting from understanding user experience, through defining user needs, generating alternative ideas, building and testing prototypes, to achieving implementable solutions, preparing for implementation.
The innovation of this course lies in its combination of agile product development with design thinking. By combining these two approaches, participants will achieve more promising results.

Reshaping Customer Experience (1 unit)
In this unit, we will explore how companies can differentiate themselves in the market by providing excellent customer service. Companies have recognized that enhancing customer experience can build a close relationship between customers and organizations. This relationship, maintained over time, will lead to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby enhancing the company's competitiveness and profitability.
Through case studies, classroom discussions, and demonstrations, participants will gain a deep understanding of the key decision factors necessary for successfully implementing this strategy in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C environments.
Positive Communication Practices (1 unit)
This unit aims to cultivate strategic and effective communication techniques to promote positive interaction and relationship building in personal and professional environments. Participants will explore various techniques and principles to facilitate clear, empathetic, active listening, and constructive dialogue. Through interactive exercises and real-case applications, participants will enhance their positive communication skills, leading to better understanding, collaboration, and overall interpersonal skills.
Innovative Leadership (1 unit)
This unit delves into the key concepts, strategies, and best practices of innovative leadership. Participants will delve into selected important topics that are crucial for leading innovation initiatives within organizations. By combining theoretical frameworks, case studies, and practical applications, participants will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to cultivate an innovation culture, drive organizational change, and lead successful innovation projects.

- Admission Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Graduation Requirements: Participants must attend at least 70% of each module and achieve an assessment score of not less than C grade in each module to be awarded the Leadership and Innovation Professional Certificate Course.
