Overview

The PGDip Healthcare Ethics and Law is a postgraduate diploma program that allows students to expand their interest in healthcare ethics and law, and how the two disciplines interact. The program provides students with the opportunity to learn how philosophical and medico-legal issues can be resolved in a healthcare setting, and to pursue their ethical and legal interests without the need to complete a full master's degree.

Entry Requirements

• We require a UK bachelor's degree with a Lower-Second classification or the overseas equivalent, in any discipline.
• In exceptional circumstances, candidates who do not have a first degree, but can demonstrate professional competence, may be admitted on the Postgraduate Diploma course.
• When assessing your academic record, we consider your degree subject, grades you have achieved, and the standing of the institution where you studied your qualification.

• All students should normally be able to complete their programme of study without incurring additional study costs over and above the tuition fee for that programme.
• Any unavoidable additional compulsory costs totalling more than 1% of the annual home undergraduate fee per annum, regardless of whether the programme in question is undergraduate or postgraduate taught, will be made clear to you at the point of application.
