Overview

The Architectural Practice and Management PGDip prepares students for employment as architects. This course is intended for those graduates who hold a Master of Architecture degree (or its equivalent with ARB/RIBA Part II exemption) and who wish to proceed to full professional status with the ability to practice as an architect in the UK.

• molecular biology lab (one of the first in the world to be administered by a school of architecture)

Tuition fees for 2026 entry (per year):

• Home students: Part time: 12 months, £2,900

Entry Requirements

The entrance requirements include:

• holding exemption from the ARB/RIBA Part I and Part II examinations
• completing at least 12 months practical training
• being employed in an approved architectural practice or related organisation

How to Apply

The course starts in September, and the closing date for applications is 15 September. International students are advised to apply at least two months before the course starts. A deposit of £1,500 is required for international students or students from the EU, EEA, or Switzerland who need a visa to study in the UK. The deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from tuition fees when registering.
