Master of Management (MMgt)

The Schulich Master of Management is a 12-month, full-time degree designed to equip graduates from non-business programs with the necessary tools for managing and problem-solving across a variety of organizations and environments. This program offers a broad and comprehensive management education, leveraging the academic rigor of Canada's preeminent business school to real-world applications.

The Master of Management correlates general management education with a particular emphasis on developing leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Program Overview

• Students will acquire knowledge of the major disciplines of management and their interrelations.
• Development of key competencies that are highly valued by organizations, facilitating employment in a future-oriented career.
• The curriculum is notably experiential, culminating in an Enterprise Consulting Project where students collaboratively generate actionable recommendations for a local client organization.

Admission Criteria

• Applicants holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies (BAS), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS), HBA, or Bachelor of Accounting (BAcc) are not eligible for the Master of Management program.
• These applicants may apply for the Schulich MBA once the required work experience for MBA admission is acquired.
• Graduates from the aforementioned programs may be eligible for Advanced Standing in the MBA.
