Program Description

The Human Resource Management Diploma equips students with practical knowledge, leadership skills, and business expertise essential for success in the contemporary workplace. Admission Requirements

Applicants must fulfill one of the following criteria:

• Be a high school graduate or possess a Mature Status Diploma, with a requirement to provide a High School Transcript or recognized equivalent (GED or Mature Grade 12 Diploma).

• Be 18 years of age or older, having completed 90 hours or more of coursework at a recognized post-secondary institution (including UWPACE) with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. An official transcript is required for all prior post-secondary studies (university, CEGEP, or private college).

English Language Requirements

For applicants whose previous education was completed outside of Canada, proof of English language proficiency must be submitted. Accepted measures include various tests and programs as specified by the institution.
