Program Details

General Information

• The program duration is 5 years, with some exceptions requiring 6 years.
• The curriculum includes Hungarian language and literature, mathematics, history, and a foreign language, similar to that of a gymnasium.
• In the 9th and 10th grades, students receive broad-based vocational training in their chosen field.
• By the end of the 10th grade, students take a vocational exam and then choose a specialization.
• From the 11th grade onwards, the program follows a dual system, where students enter into an employment contract and receive a salary.
• At the end of the 12th grade, students take an early graduation exam in Hungarian language and literature, mathematics, and history.
• By the end of the 13th grade, students graduate with a vocational diploma and take a final exam in their chosen specialization.
